5. Services & Quotations
- All quotations provided by LocalWebsCoder are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
- Quotations are estimates based on the information provided. If the scope of work changes significantly, we reserve the right to revise the quotation
- A formal project agreement will be provided for all commissioned work, outlining scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables
- We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion
6. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final handover/launch
- For ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, support packages), invoices are issued monthly or as agreed
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date
7. Project Delivery & Revisions
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or third-party dependencies are outside our control
- Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement (typically 2-3 rounds)
- Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed specification may be quoted separately
- We require timely feedback from clients to maintain project momentum. If client feedback is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the project complete
8. Hosting & Third-Party Services
Where we provide hosting or recommend third-party services (domain registrars, email providers, SSL certificates, etc.):
- We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption caused by third-party providers
- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and performance but cannot guarantee 100% availability
- Hosting fees are subject to annual review and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- LocalWebsCoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project or service in question

- Upon termination, we will provide any deliverables completed to date, subject to payment of all outstanding invoices
